Career Summary

Phil is responsible for the ERST team who support P&I, Defence and TMS fixed premium with back-office support. The team also looks after the TMCM inbox which involves setting up claim files, handling all correspondence for claims and underwriting, registering invoices.

Phil joined the business at the end of 2025 and has 30-years’ experience working in financially regulated businesses, mostly in Fintech. During that time, he has spent almost 20 years in Supervisor and People Management roles.
